Ember Compass Consulting was created to support small organisations that are doing meaningful work but are being slowed down by messy systems, repetitive admin, and digital overwhelm.
Founded by Kirsti Allison, ECC combines practical digital knowledge with a grounded understanding of how people actually work day to day. The focus is not on adding more tools for the sake of it. It is about creating calm, useful systems that make work feel clearer and more manageable.
